1. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, accessing or using WeShare: Transfer, Share Files ("WeShare" or the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. The Service
WeShare is a mobile utility designed to help users select, transfer and share files using features made available through the App.
Features, supported file types, transfer methods and device compatibility may change as the App evolves.
3. Permitted Use
You may use WeShare only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the files you choose to transfer, share, receive or store through the App.
You agree not to use WeShare to:
- Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Transfer material you do not have the legal right to share.
- Distribute malware, malicious code or harmful files.
- Interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the App.
- Attempt unauthorized access to devices, systems or networks.
- Use the App for abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity.
4. User Responsibility for Files
You are solely responsible for verifying that files selected for transfer are appropriate, lawful and intended for the recipient. We do not guarantee that every file transfer will complete successfully or that every device, file type or network environment will be compatible.
You should keep appropriate backups of important files. WeShare should not be treated as a backup or permanent storage service unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.
5. Permissions and Device Access
Some WeShare features may require access to device storage, photos, videos, files, nearby-device functionality, network connectivity or other Android system features. You may deny or revoke permissions through your device settings, although doing so may prevent certain features from working.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services, platforms, libraries or infrastructure. Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices.
7. Intellectual Property
WeShare, its branding, interface, software, design elements and related materials are owned by or licensed to Vertex Apps Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or permission to copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell or exploit protected parts of the App except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features of WeShare from time to time. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, performance or continued access to certain functionality.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeShare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with every device or network, or successful transfer of every file.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vertex Apps Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the App, including loss of files, data or other content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict or discontinue access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse or maintain the App.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
